GENERAL TERMS FOR PURCHASES

These conditions rule over the sale of the products sold at Cezanne's studio.

ARTICLE 1 : PRICE

The price of the items on sale is indicated in Euros including taxes but excluding shipping fees.
One Euro corresponds to 6,55957 French Francs. The prices may vary at anytime but the available items will be billed at the price indicated at the time of the order.
If an article is not available after order, we will let you know by e-mail and will immediately send you back your check.

  
     
   
   
 
 
 

ARTICLE 2 : METHOD OF PAYMENT

The order has to be paid by check to the order of "Tresor Public". We do not accept payments by credit cards.

ARTICLE 3 : SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK

You will have a time lapse of 15 days from the day you received the package to send back the items you are not happy with. You will have to pay for the return shipping fees, but the price of the returned items will be reimbursed. However, if the package is being returned to us without being opened, we will reimburse you the shipping fees as well as the price of the items ordered. You will send the items you do not want to the same address as for the orders. Items that are being returned incomplete or damaged by the customer will not be accepted as returns.

We can promise you that we will refund a product that doesn't match your request (defective or non-conform). Cezanne's studio will not be held responsible if the contract can not be executed because the item is not available, or if the package is stuck en route because of a partial or total strike, such as the postal services and methods of transportations and/or communications, floods or fire.
